Abstract We study the statistical behavior of entanglement in quantum bipartite systems over fermionic Gaussian states as measured by von Neumann entropy and capacity. The focus is on variance mean capacity that belong to so-defined second-order statistics. main results are exact yet explicit formulas two considered statistics for fixed subsystem dimension differences. also conjecture valid arbitrary dimensions.
